On behalf of the community, Thank You Russell Rentz for volunteering your services acting as President of the board! For personal reasons, Russell resigned, and we wish him well. It isn’t easy to step up and volunteer for such a time-consuming position, but Russell did so without having to be asked twice. It was a pleasure to have you on the board.

On behalf of the community, we welcome new board members Lynn Smith, Connie Coy, and Brian McKinney, appointed at the October 14th board meeting! Annual Owner's Meeting
8 October 2025
The annual owner’s meeting is required to be held in November, December, or January. The community and the board desire the meeting to be held before Thanksgiving, but the required timing of notices, proxy votes, meeting rooms and personnel says the meeting will probably be held between Thanksgiving and Christmas. This allows some breathing room to also perform the required budgeting. The board will discuss and set a date as soon as possible. The meeting must be noticed 14 days prior to the meeting. The Burg property management schedule is also a factor, so stay tuned, but it is coming!
