Intellectual Property Protections

Sandy Creek Airpark has intellectual property that needs protection as with any corporation.

One item to protect is the web site domain name, "airpark.community".

The previous domain name "SandyCreekAirpark.org" is currently lost. It is imperative to protect the domain name including having multiple account administrators and employing a notarized agreement with anyone who has administrative access to the domain account that states the airpark owns the domain and not the individual.

Two individuals hold the account credentials of the domain name "airpark.community", Kevin Cruson and Robert Henry. Each has individual credentials and a security hardware key for multifactor authentication. Each person has signed a notarized agreement that the domain name and any associated account data or information belongs to Sandy Creek Airpark. Notarized statements can be used to recover the domain name in the event each person becomes unavailable or refuses to turn over the credentials and keys necessary to retain administrative control over the domain account.

The Secretary (currently Robert Henry) maintains physical possession of the two notarized statements of Kevin and Rob.
