(the "Association"), a homeowners' association organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida pursuant to Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes (the "Florida Homeowners' Association Act"), is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, tenants, board members, and other users of our website located at airpark.community (http://airpark.community) (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through the Site. The Policy applies to all users, including members of the Association (i.e., owners of parcels within the community), their authorized tenants, family members, and authorized personnel.
