(the "Association"), a homeowners' association organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida pursuant to Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes (the "Florida Homeowners' Association Act"), is committed to protecting the privacy of its members, tenants, board members, and other users of our website located at airpark.community (http://airpark.community) (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through the Site. The Policy applies to all users, including members of the Association (i.e., owners of parcels within the community), their authorized tenants, family members, and authorized personnel.
By accessing or using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site. The Association may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Policy on the Site with an updated effective date. This Site is intended for use by Association members and authorized individuals to access community information, including official records as required by Florida law. Public portions of the Site are available to visitors without registration, but any restricted areas, such as a member portal, require authentication.

We collect information to provide services, maintain transparency, and comply with legal obligations under the Florida Homeowners' Association Act and House Bill 1203 (effective July 1, 2024, with website requirements effective January 1, 2025).
