Missing HOA Tractor

There is a rumor that the HOA once had a tractor and that it has gone missing. As near as longtime resident Kevin Cruson (who has lived here for 20 years) can recall, the HOA has never had a tractor. He has a tractor that he bought after the hurricane, and Joel Smith has a tractor or two that he brought from Texas, but no other tractors seem to be residing on the property.

Maybe tractors are sneaky beasts and live amongst us in the bushes, but there never seems to have been an HOA tractor or one sneaking around anywhere.
